Interview: Gabriela Zuarez

Gabriela Zuarez is a dance performer, choreographer, and cofounder of El Sur Mundo Project, an interdisciplinary group based in the Netherlands that combines dance, theater and tango culture. El Sur Mundo Project recently participated in the third Cambalache Festival in Buenos Aires.

In this interview, Gabriela tells us how El Sur Mundo Project began, and how tango culture has influenced not only her life, but also all her works and projects. She also talks about the absence of love that predominates in La Interna II, the piece presented at the Festival.
